Outsourcing
1) Sub-servicing; refers to the process of contracting work, often of a rote and menial nature, to a third-party often located in a foreign country, like India or China.
2) Law review; refers to the process of  contracting work, often of a rote and menial nature, to a third-party often an intelligent but unsuspecting law student.

Professor A:“Hey you down for drinks?"
Professor B: “Nah man, I have to bluebook my paper and proofread it.”
A: "Dude, just outsource it man to those guy across the street in Law Review "
B: "Oh yea. Good idea man. I'll just let them do my work."  

Hit and Run
1) is the act of causing (or contributing to) a traffic accident (such as colliding with a person or a fixture), and failing to stop and identify oneself afterwards. It is considered a crime in most jurisdictions. (per Wikipedia)
2) To walk into a discussion or meeting just to take the free food that is offered and then walk out. It is considered slightly douchey in most law schools.

A:“Yo dude, you wanna get lunch today?”
B: “Nah man, I think I am gonna hit and run the public interest panel. You?”
A: "I dunno man, the dean of career services might be playing bouncer, why don't we hit up another one?"
B: "Good idea man"
